May we take the time to consider the things we take for granted. That something as small as a seed, a coffee bean, can have such an incredible impact on a family’s survival—that the quality of these beans have the capacity to determine whether a family will be able to meet their basic needs for the remainder of the year, or whether their children can attend school—is hardly conceivable in our first-world context where we have become increasingly far removed from the dirt and dependency on the land for our needs.

Help us raise awareness of the injustices within the coffee industry and our hope for After Trade as sustainable change in the lives of farmers and families. And please consider being part of this work. We only need a handful more pledges for monthly support to be approved to leave for Tanzania and see After Trade come to fruition. We can’t do this alone.
